Doctor Alliance connects GPs with general practices across Australia through a personal and relationship focused approach to recruitment. We believe the best placements happen when we understand the doctor, the practice and what both sides genuinely need before making an introduction.

Doctor Alliance was created to offer doctors and practices a more personal alternative to traditional medical recruitment.
Our focus is general practice.
We take the time to understand where a doctor wants their career to go, how a practice operates and whether the opportunity genuinely makes sense for both sides.
That means fewer generic introductions, clearer communication and a recruitment process built around relationships rather than volume.
A Personal Note From Our Founder
For me, recruitment has never just been about filling a vacancy.
From a young age, I was drawn to work centred around people, communication and making a meaningful difference. That led me to complete a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communications, with the hope of building a career where I could connect with people, understand their stories and help create opportunities.
My career ultimately led me into GP recruitment, but the motivation behind it has never really changed.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working closely with GPs, practice owners and healthcare organisations through some very important decisions.
I care about the person behind the CV. I want to understand what matters to a doctor beyond their qualifications: the kind of medicine they want to practise, the life they want outside work, the environment they thrive in and where they see themselves long term.
And I care just as deeply about the practice behind the vacancy.
A GP is not simply another person on a roster. They become part of a team, care for patients who may have been coming through the doors for years and contribute to the culture and future of the practice.
The wrong appointment can affect far more than an empty consulting room, while the right doctor can become an incredibly important part of a practice and its community.
That is why I want to understand what makes each practice different: its people, its patients, its pressures, its values and what kind of doctor will genuinely belong there.
I never want recruitment to feel like sending a CV and hoping for the best.
My approach is to listen carefully, communicate openly and make introductions with purpose. If I believe a doctor and a practice could genuinely be right for one another, that is when I want to bring them together.
